Simple, work great.

I have only used 2 sleeves to reinforce a MacBook power adapter cord. The largest size in this package was the perfect diameter. It shrunk down fully to the wire end as well as the wire itself. The adhesive is evident. If you are going to do something similar, I would recommend trimming the length of the sleeve in half as the pre-cut length is much longer than needed for a power adapter cord on a MacBook or cell phone.
