I like the idea but wish they were bigger. It's hard for me to determine if they really work. I have arthritis in almost every joint in my body and have used copper products on elbows, knees, ankles and even compression stockings. They didn't heal me, but I can honestly say they managed to take away most of the pain, or at least gave me time to do it. I was able to put these gloves on, but my arthritis-ridden fingers struggled to take them off. Wearing it for a short time has helped some, but the final verdict is still out. I followed the sizing very carefully, but they were too small. I measured 4 and ordered the extra large which was a size larger than their recommendation. I wish the gloves were as good as the book that came with them!
