Easy to clean, easy to use, keeps the milk cold! Bought to keep coffee milk on the breakfast table and it does what is expected. We store in the refrigerator, fill every other day. Half a turn of the lid and the milk runs out easily. The lid is secure and the milk flow is good. The lid is easy to remove and the smooth stainless steel interior is easy to clean with a bottle brush or simply dishwasher safe. The silicone seal on the lid is easy to remove for cleaning and easy to put back on. Great deal and works as intended. Update in six weeks: This cream is still doing a great job. It comes out of the dishwasher perfectly clean and I put the gasket back on the lid and then put it in the fridge to cool. The next morning when the cream has cooled I pour in the milk and it stays cold and fresh even after letting it sit several times during breakfast before putting it back in the fridge. I can only wonder if the reviewers who reported it's "smelly" didn't chill the cream before adding the milk? This milk jug makes a great thermos - if you pour milk in it while it's warm it will try to keep it warm! Always chill the milk jug before adding milk and it works great!
