I had a nerve injury in my mouth that caused burning pain and swelling for several years. Over the past year I have had to correct my entire bite/teeth and jaw position and my entire nervous system has been in a highly reactive mode. The oils helped relieve the stinging pain and I noticed a reduction in gum swelling. I will keep using this! Aside from that, the aroma of cinnamon actually burned me like it was a ghost pepper! Wow! If you're generally sensitive, try chewing gum. The mint didn't sting, but it didn't feel very good either. Hope this helps, with so much pain and nerve damage I'm willing to pay for 1 bottle a month.
