I don't want to be an "owl" anymore! I have ordered these glasses to be worn daily from sunset until bedtime to reset my sleep cycles and align with my circadian rhythm. They are beautifully made and I feel comfortable lying on the bridge of my nose. I feel a little weight, but that's okay. They are a bit big for my female face. If I were to try on multiple styles, I would definitely choose a different one for personal aesthetic reasons. But since I love the comfort of Revain Prime, I wear them at home most of the time and they still look good on me, I'm sticking with them. But the most important aspect is their effectiveness at blocking blue light. As a result, I can work on my computer in the afternoon, drive past bright lights, or walk into a neon-lit store and still feel sleepy hours after the sun has set. On 3 of the 4 nights I used I felt sleepy by 10:15pm (instead of midnight or much later). The night it "didn't work," I took a long sunset walk and then went to the grocery store, forgetting my BluBlockers. Even exposure to fluorescent lights for 15 minutes increased my cortisol levels, because when I put the BluBlockers on as soon as I got home, the damage was already done. I was determined to stay awake, my mind was up and working until midnight. So I organize my entire evening routine around wearing BluBlockers to get my melatonin up and cortisol down before dawn! (I'll admit I can even read my iPhone in bed - an intense dose of blue light - as long as I have BluBlocker on! I soon fall asleep.)
