I thought these bottles were stupid, but then I realized how seldom I take a break from work to drink water. I probably only gained 24 ounces in a very stressful and sweaty day at work, so naturally I was always dehydrated. I finally decided to buy a silly big bottle and chose 64 ounces because it's relatively close to the amount of water I was supposed to be consuming per day and I didn't want to be lugging around an entire gallon. What I like is that the large opening makes cleaning easier. The straw consists of three parts: the mouthpiece, the stem of the straw, and a rubber tip at the bottom that allows the straw to retract when you close the lid. As long as none of these parts are damaged, I believe it will continue to function effectively. The handle on top is very strong and I'm not worried about its durability. The bottle is transparent enough to easily track my progress, and while I can receive or leave inspirational messages, I use my watch as a guide. heavy and small hands. Basically I have to hold the bottle while I fill it, but that's once a day so I'll take care of that. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a giant water bottle in the market.
