Zero stars! I recently bought a Conair Infinitipro iron and was very disappointed when I first used it. First, the iron never felt hot or warm or anything like that. I just felt like I was running my hair through a straightener and of course nothing happened. My hair was still very curly. Also, the hinges on the iron creaked every time I squeezed the plates. I had to buy some WD 40 for this iron. I want to hit myself hard for wasting money and time. Basically, save yourself the frustration and buy another brand of iron. I have no complaints about my Remington.
