Works as described on the Canon EOS Rebel T7i

the trigger did not disappoint. I would give the product 5 stars, but long exposures in low light for long periods drained the batteries in the wireless transmitter faster than expected. Rather than breaking the easy discipline for the other members of the group, I opted to use the included cable and remote shutter release and bypass the wifi altogether. This is now my preferred setup. The remote control is full of features and for my particular model of DSLR it worked perfectly. It is extremely important to practice and learn the operation of each remote control function before using it in the field, as a moderate learning curve is required to understand the buttons and functions of each setting.

Pros
  • Multiply timer functions: delay timer, bulb timer, interval timer, set the number of exposures and the BKLN (bulb bracketing) function. The long exposure bracketing feature allows you to take a group of photos with automatic exponential change in exposure time, useful for HDR images with multiple exposures in low light.
