They are a little too small, my wrist is 7.25 inches and I was able to pull enough of the patch to barely reach the locking loop. second. I could pull it tighter, but then it would be too tight. The strap can stretch because it's leather, but I don't know how much it will stretch. If your wrist is larger than mine you may want to throw it away as it may be too tight. I love the simplicity of the design and will be keeping it, hopefully it stretches a bit over time.
