Bought because for some reason the bluetooth on my work laptop isn't working properly - I've tried several different headsets and they keep telling me I can put it on off. I was able to get a Plantronics wireless headset similar to the one that connects to my Polycom desk phone as it uses its own wireless connection directly to its base and this little device converts the jack to USB so I can connect directly to my laptop can connect. Now I can be heard through the wireless headset. What more can I say, the thing does exactly what it was designed to do, which made my job a lot easier.
