Not bad for the price. I have two. One works great while the other has a tricky clasp that sometimes takes a try or two to click. I'll keep an eye on it and see if I need to make a replacement. In the beginning you feel very different. Not that comfortable, but then you get used to it. Another small issue is that I keep my watch on watch pillows in the watch box and it's really a hassle to work around the big watch pillows/pillows as the extra metal pieces make them tighter. The same fit issue can make you feel like the metal clasp is digging into the bottom of your wrist. It will be different for everyone. After all, we all have slightly different body types and sizes. I recommend buying one and trying it out before remodeling all your watches if you have a collection. The good news is that they greatly reduce wear and tear on your beautiful straps. I only installed them on my favorite and more expensive tapes. You don't have to buy it for a $10-$15 leather strap.
