When I use this for my car it was pretty late installed pretty much under the seats. I noticed that the return window is short. I ordered in November, now in March. There was ash in the car around the connector and the tape burned around the tape. Little did I know it caught fire in my back seat. I drive my machine. The engine stop is restarted. I noticed the headlights stuttering but I never thought or smelled it could be fire or sparks so I'm shocked to notice this and I'm so glad my unborn child and 9 year old were in Safety are and so are my nieces because they were in that car with me for a while and the lights were for their entertainment. For safety reasons, only buy if you can see the plug area at all times. Mine was plugged into the back seat. I really wish I could make a return, which I just realized as I was about to write this review that the return window for me is January 31st. Smh I don't think the waiting time for your order should be factored into the order receipt time to be able to return it. They're only visible at night anyway, so obviously I didn't use them every time, and there were many times I even forgot to turn them on when driving at night so I could see them. got them stuck to the bottom of my seat, they were bright enough not bright enough to be seen outside my car, even if you are standing by the car or parked by the car you literally have to open the car door or put your face against it the window to see the light
