First of all I would like to thank you for the fast delivery. It was delivered earlier than promised and I appreciate it. I have tried several cuticle oils and creams. Most add some moisture to the skin upon application, but don't last long. But I never stop trying! So I decided to try this one because I had never heard of it and I was intrigued by the ingredients. They are unlike anything I've tried. I've only been using it for a few days but I can already say it's doing my cuticles more than usual. I can say it because I'm a terrible cuticle remover, trimmer, biter! I am my own worst enemy. I can't resist plucking hangnails or trimming thick cuticles. They're a constant problem for me, but I haven't cut, plucked, or bitten my cuticles since using this oil! No division. There is no firmness. Thank you for this product. i am a believer
