I'd love to love this. I own many Sony products and chose this product to stay loyal to a trusted brand. Unfortunately this is a poor product made worse by the 30 day return policy which I am aware of after the item stopped working after about 40 days. The product has several design flaws. The most common is how they work when you're active. The weight of the earcups causes the buds to fall out severely during activities more strenuous than a light jog. Now I have an unusable item that I cannot return. Dissatisfied. I would recommend finding a better product and either spending more on a better BT set or going with a wired set instead. I wouldn't recommend buying it though and wonder what Sony was trying to achieve with this item that doesn't live up to their usual high standards.
