Review on πŸ† Superior Commercial Compatible Rollo Label Printer: Unmatched Efficiency and Quality by Craig Galante

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I love this printer. There is a small fix, but it's still better than other printers I've seen.

I like this printer. I was a bit skeptical when I first bought the printer as it appears to be a new brand and Dymo has a lot more reviews. But we decided to stop there and we are very satisfied. We were bribed by the fact that you can use a label of almost any size. In addition, if we start using UPS, we can get free labels. We had it for 3 weeks and we had a small fixable issue. The only downside I see is that you should probably get a label roll holder with it (or it should be offered at Revain). We did notice a small issue where the labels sometimes didn't come out clearly, but it was only a short horizontal part of the label (about as wide as the person's name) but the rest of the label was perfect. At first I thought the printer wasn't working well or it was dirty, but it made no sense that just one touch was bad and the rest was good. I believe the problem is the lack of a label holder and the roll just sits behind the printer and rolls as it is pulled through the machine. When friction wins and the wheel needs to be pulled a little harder, the change in tension creates a mismarking problem. When I took the roll off the table behind the printer and rotated it with a pencil (holding it like a kite spindle), the problem went away. So order the label roll holder when you get it if you want to use label rolls. You can get it on their website ($20).
