VERY GOOD! in the bath
I needed something to help me relax, not sleep, and this has helped! I used Epson Bubble Bath Salt, a 34 ounce bottle of Soothe & Sleep with Lavender in the evening bath. It not only helped me relax but also helped me sleep so well that night. I usually stay awake in bed (usually with my phone) most of the night, but I fell asleep immediately after this bath. It didn't fizz much for me, but it smelled amazing and left my skin softer than it's been in a long time! This is a good sized bottle (34 oz) with just enough cups per bottle. Overall I liked it. I don't take baths often, but this has inspired me to do it more often! 10/10 would buy again. Maybe even in different scents to mix up my baths a bit.
