Fits comfortably snug so foot doesn't slide in slipper. Nice and soft.I actually bought these to replace an Isotoner Secret Sole Arch Support slipper for an elderly family member that has bad arthritis in her knee and needs a cushie Sole and snug fit to prevent tripping and falling. These were not as well made as the prior Isotoners but were pretty decent at a good price.
