Review on 🍏 Certified Apple MFi - Tera Grand Lightning to USB Cable With Braided Design and Aluminum Housing by Lynn Cole

They work great until they stop working.

I have my first braided one Bought Lightning cable about 1.5 years ago. I've since bought 3 more and when they worked they worked very well. Charged quickly, never received notifications that the accessory is not supported. I was obviously satisfied enough to purchase more for myself and other family members. A few weeks ago I noticed that one of them charges intermittently. It seemed like it only charged intermittently when the cable was plugged in a certain way. I contacted Tera Grand and the RMA process for the replacement was very easy. In fact, I gave an extra two stars for the quick response of their customer service team. After receiving the faulty cable they sent a replacement cable and informed me that the cable I sent was twisted on one end. This was the one I use on my bedside table so I didn't doubt it as I've accidentally done it over time when using a phone plugged into a cord. But even a week after receiving the replacement, I noticed that two more cables were beginning to fail. I examined these cables and found no visible signs of twisting. Also, these cords were primarily used to charge phones at the counter at night, so they were never moved or pushed around while the phone was plugged in. One is still under warranty and while the process was easy I think I'll try to find another brand that will last longer than a year (if that). The braided design of this cable prevents fraying, but doesn't necessarily make it more durable in terms of "twisting" the cable. Update: downgraded to one star. Every cable I've bought/donated has stopped working. One even started smoking while plugged into an outlet in my car! And I didn't bother requesting a replacement for the one still under warranty since I was basically accused of "twisting" the last one I sent.
