It looks great, high quality etc. However, the Macbook Air escapes through the black loop between the LCD screen and the case. While the strip of leather that holds the two halves together doesn't block the exhaust, it sits close to where the exhaust sits. This has not caused any heat issues for my computer, although I am unable to control the rise in case temperature. on the. My computer is used for administration, not gaming, so the heat generated shouldn't be a problem, but since heat is the enemy of such a computer, I chose not to keep it on my computer. Update: April 6; I tried another snap-on case but didn't like it at all. I came back to this case. I needed a professional look. I bought a leather hole punch and punched some small holes in the faux leather strip connecting the top and bottom. Here are the intake and exhaust manifolds. They may not be needed and I'm sure this will void my warranty, but it gives me peace of mind. I went back to give it 5 stars as I couldn't find a better case.
