Worth considering
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fabric, how snug it holds the ankle (adjustable at will) and that I can still wear shoes over it. I am tall and thin with a foot size of 11.5m. I bought size L and it fits me perfectly. Let's see how it holds up for walks over several months.
