Review on Air washer Winia AWX-70, white/turquoise by Celina Kilian ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best product I have ever reviewed, I recommend it to everyone!

I myself use Winia awm-40. Parents decided to buy an awx-70 for the New Year. I used it myself before giving as a gift. The minimum power of awx-70 is approximately equal to the maximum of awm-40. The awx-70 disc and shaft material inspires confidence and feels solid. In general, I really liked the device. At the maximum mode, the humidity in the room with the window closed feels like in a steam room)) The indicator on the purifier does not show more than 60%. With the window open, everything will depend on the air temperature outside. 100% Humidity - the maximum content of water vapor in the air at a given temperature. That is, 80% on the street at -5 will be = approximately 30% at +20 of the same air. I took the numbers from the bulldozer - I'm too lazy to count)). A large amount of dust is visible in the tank after two days. I recommend that the owners of air sinks try adding a few drops of natural essential oil to the sink - juniper oil gives the most awesome forest smell, rose oil lasts for a very long time for aromatization. The work of the ionizer can be clearly seen by how much dust settles on the outer surface of the body of the cleaner - you can hear it if you put your ear to the body as a quiet crackle. If something changes, I will correct the review - so far the device works very well.

Pros
  • Made, in my opinion, very high quality and neat. High efficiency, beautiful indication, simple operation, there is an operating mode in which the cleaner is almost silent, there is an ionizer that can be turned off. I liked the design and would like to describe it: The body of the cleaner consists of two parts - the lower part of the body (LChK) is a tank with water in which the disks rotate, the upper part of the body (VChK) is simply placed on the top. Air is sucked in from two lattice slots located on the sides of the VChK and blown upwards. There are 38 disks installed on the axis of the rotating shaft in the NCHK (for some reason, the instructions say 28). Discs are made with special recesses (cells for water). There is a dust sensor, which is quite sensitive (depending on the amount of dust, the indication shows three levels of pollution) The purifier also has the possibility of using NERO filters - when the groove located in the center on the inner surface of the VChK purifier is open, the air passing through the disc gaps is sucked into the groove by the fan. When the groove is closed, the air is sucked in through 2 NERO filters located on the sides of the groove on the rest of the inner surface of the VChK cleaner. There are three modes of operation: 1. Washing air 2. Moka air + NERO filters 3. NERO filters - in this mode, the shaft with discs in the tank does not rotate. It is interesting that when the air pollution sensor is triggered, the 2nd mode is automatically turned on - the instructions do not mention this anywhere. There are also four modes of fan operation: 1. Auto - the speed depends on the readings of the humidity sensor, on the indicator 2. Maximum 3. Medium 4. Minimum - almost silent mode. It is also used when selecting the sleep mode of the cleaner, when selected, after a while, almost all of the cleaner's indication goes out, except for the sleep mode indication. Water at the minimum regime is enough for two days. As for the level of humidity, it very much depends on the open or closed window.
Cons
  • Between the housing and the NERO filters there are small gaps through which air can pass bypassing the filters. Gaps can be repaired by yourself using folded paper. Quite noisy at maximum fan speed. The upper part of the case is quite massive and if not handled carefully, it can be dropped. Also, the water tank (the lower part of the purifier body) is not very convenient to carry along with water. In order to reduce the formation of plaque on the discs and the tank of the cleaner, I recommend that the water in the tank, which remains after the cleaner stops working due to the operation of the water level sensor, should be drained completely - and not topped up.
