Very reliable and amazing company

Bought because there were no screws in the opened box and the sticker side was reversed. I called step2 and they got me replacement parts in less than 10 days. And it was super quick and easy. Now on to the cup holder itself, used every day for 4 months and was the best birthday present for my 2 year old. My 9 year old loves it too. As she unfortunately rides it. But it's super powerful. Now ours hasn't come out yet so I can't talk about it getting dirty. But it was an amazing investment in a toy.
