If you're used to doing yoga or barefoot, these boots will feel like army boots. This can be a plus for people who need leg support. The heels are very soft. I agree with the reviewer who said it gets hot in these shoes. I wear a size 6, 6.5 and 7 depending on the shoe. I bought them at 7 and they fit perfectly. I like them and will keep them. However, I find them a bit too expensive. I would be happy without her - life doesn't change.
