My Little Giant 6-CIA continued to work and did not auto shut off as before. After a local plumber offered me $875 to replace the pump, I did a little research. $150-200 for a new pump or $25 for this repair kit. It came quickly, the instructions are clear (but tiny) and no special tools are required. I thought it might be worth a try. Replacing the old parts took less than 30 minutes and the pump runs like new. This kit saved me at least $125 and earned me a reputation as a jack of all trades in my family.
