I LOVE this hat. I wear a hat to work because 1) we are allowed to wear one and 2) some places I work are dirty because of cars. I am wearing a uniform that I am not allowed to alter in any way. So my only expression of personality and style is my hat. I've had so many compliments on this hat. Whether I'm at the grocery store, at work, or just filling up at a gas station, people notice. And they love it. Adjustable cap strap. This is NOT velcro and not one of those plastic straps with holes and pins. It looks way better this way, more sophisticated and refined, and it fits well. I've washed it once and it's held up well. Didn't fade or lose shape. Not sure if you should wash this or not but I did and there were no problems.
