Love/ Hate relationship

We purchased 16 of the Cassida InstaCheck and it's actually an amazing little device. Very simple to use, fast and effective. My issue is that we have already had to replace a quarter of the devices in less than a year due to the machines breaking down. In some cases the sensors simply needed cleaning. However, many of the devices simply stopped working despite vigorous cleaning. I'm currently researching alternatives to the Cassida or warranty protection. Even with the warranty I'm concerned it might be a full time job to keep the devices replaced or running.

Easy to use seems to be very accurate.

Cons

May not work well in low light conditions
