Money can only be put in one way and one direction. If you put it in a different direction then it fails even if its face value is up. They should not make or sell such primitive products.Even when used properly the bills fails sometimes if they are old or wrinkly.

Other than figuring out you have to put the bill through the system twice when it's been left idle for a period of time. The first time to turn it on this is a useful piece of machinery.

It is the 31st day and now after scanning the Bill motor doesn't stop and even doesn't give the result.Hopefully, someone contact me and I am able to return/replace it.The last time I bought it - it was good for a couple of years.

I paid $145 for a brand NEW Cassida Instacheck machine and got old junk! I took a couple pics for reference to show this product is clearly not new considering the numbers are faded on the back sticker. Item wasnt even taped shut or came in an Walmart box. Im definitely returning this garbage!

This counterfeit bill detector works really well, putting it through some testing, I found this detector to be very accurate, even wrinkled bills passed my tests. I had purchased one for my retail store and its been working so well, I purchased 4 more for a few of or other stores. Highly recommended. Hope I didnt just jinx myself, lol.

Very easy to use. There were no problems at all and the set up was super easy. All I had to do was plug in and turn on. This is also a small machine so it's easy to bring around if necessary.

The size is perfect if you dont have alot of room. Usually you have to run the first bill through afew times before it reads correctly. When checking a bill you better stand back and have a mit ready to catch your Bill's! Spits it back at you fast and if your not right there to grab your bill, it will go flying.

Way better than counterfeit pens.We are now using this little detector instead of using pens. It turned out that checking a bill with a detector is much faster than using a pen. Fast and accurate. Bill must be flat (no folded corners) and must be inserted the same way. Doesn not read older bills That's my feedback!

For a bill verification device, this is very simple to use. You insert the bill, it spits it back out at you with a clear red or green lit display if it passes or fails. Great for $20, $50, and $100 bills that cashiers really need to verify. From time to time it will fail a bill once or twice before verifying it, but who knows what substances are on those bills. I'd keep the counterfeit pen nearby just to confirm suspect bills though.

Fantastic tool for stopping fakes. Took our actual losses from around $100/Month to $0/Month. Further, it took our attempted losses (bills caught by our cashiers) from around $250/Month to $0/Month. This little machine is more than I expected! Lightweight. We have a business and there have been concerns about counterfeit bills. The easy and bright UV light clearly shows the marked bill colors.
