Easy to use. Only one time that we were not sure the outcome is true or fault. Most time we can trust it. Could be inaccessible for those in a wheelchair!

Bought 4-5 of Cassida Bill checker for our retail stores, and at the beginning it worked great, but after a year, almost all of them broke down, I'm really disappointed. I contacted customer service and it seems they don't stand by their product, they give you awkward answers and tells you to clean 3 times a day the machines etc, as if we have free time to occupy ourselves on that. I'm looking for a replacement, not buying anymore Cassida, waste of money.

This machine is quick and very easy to operate. It is small so it does not take up a lot of desk or countertop space. It has proven to be extremely accurate and customers do not realize that you are verifying their money. Rather than treating them like a criminal and holding all of their money up to a light and trying to find identifying marks. I ordered a new one but it looks like I received a used one. It doesn’t even work. There are many scratches on the front and one of the rubber stoppers on the bottom is missing. I returned it already, and I will order a new one. I will see if that one is up to par and if it actually new. I am highly disappointed in my product, as I have never been sold a used product for the price of a new one

This machine is great but it does not stay turn on. Not great when you get busy and you have to scan $50 and $100 bills. You have to turn it off and on again.

it is very simple and easy to use. works fine for now the only downside is the speed it throws the bill at you, you have to really catch it but it is a neat product.

worth the $$$ - we get a lot of bills and recently a few counterfeits, the pens don't work like they used to but these machines are quick and easy to use

Once currency is inserted, the detector is super fast with providing a "pass" or "fail" result. Also, it's compact, taking up very little space. My cashiers love the machine over the one we previously had, which was larger and not nearly as quick at giving the results sought.
