Stopped working within 6 months

I really liked this machine. Only complaint WAS that it didn’t sort dollar coins. Now my complaint is that the paddle has stopped rotating and no longer feeds the coins through the machine. I purchased the unit April 2022 and it stopped working October 2022. I emailed customer support and received no response. I called the 800 number…had to leave a message we shall see if they call me back. There is a 1 year warranty, so hopefully I can receive a new unit or a full refund!

Pros
  • Love this product. I have had other sorters and this one saves me so much time. Love it.
Cons
  • It will at times count a nickel as a quarter or vise versa. Otherwise its pretty accurate.

Does the job for my opinion

The counter sorts change quickly and designates them to the proper bins. A quick scroll through the report shows exactly how much you have.

Pros
  • ‎Black
Cons
  • May be difficult to repair or replace parts

Perfect for business use

So far the machine is pretty good. Not the fastest coin counter in the world but gets the job done. FYI use on a flat surface.

Pros
  • ‎C100
Cons
  • May be prone to counting errors if not properly calibrated

Definitely worth the money spent!

Dealing with our spare change is a MASSIVE JOB! 3 hours into doing it by hand and not even making a dent in it I ordered this machine. This is great, my daughter loved playing with it and counting her "monies." I was done counting all the change within 2 hours even with a 4 year old "helping" with this machine.this machine was amazing! I love

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • Not designed to handle counterfeit or foreign coins that may pose a safety risk

The First That Works and Reliably

Great money counter, - works as described and is the first that we have used in our coffee house that does not jam or mess up after a couple of weeks. I have not given 5 stars because the ability to have tubes of coins would be a plus - nevertheless, we have found this product to be robust and effective - whereas others we have tried at a similar price point have been pretty annoying after a few weeks. Its worth pointing out that we use this every day more than once and count hundreds of coins…

Pros
  • Versatile design sorts and counts four different types of coins, including 1¢, 5¢, 10¢, and 25¢ denominations
Cons
  • Bulkiness may limit placement in smaller businesses or homes

Good value for the money. Not very fast.

Works as described. Does not hold very many coins before the plastic cups fill up. Not as fast as I thought it would be.It did work very well and never jammed under continuous use but dang it sure seemed awful slow. This was the best coin counter I could buy on my budget. I wanted to buy a Klopp but that was way out of my price range even for a used one. Delivery was fast.

Pros
  • Excellent just needs a handle for easy carry.
Cons
  • Heavy and bulky, takes up a lot of space

Look elsewhere good for me

This counter was fine while it worked, but that wasn't for long. When it first malfunctioned, I called Cassida and was advised that, coins being dirty, it needed regular cleaning. Sounded reasonable, so I started doing that according to the instructions the representative put me on to. I thought that was working but it was at best a temporary fix. Even after cleaning it weekly, the machine, left sitting for more than a couple of minutes, would start counting coins that weren't there. Somehow it

Pros
  • ‎13.6 x 10.2 x 12.1 inches
Cons
  • Requires additional tools and accessories for cleaning and maintenance

broke down in less then a month

it stop working in less then a month and I t was in manufacturer Warrenton but no budy reply me from manufacturer so I have to use my protection plane and I lose that plane payment. not worthy to buy

Pros
  • Increases productivity by counting and sorting coins at high speeds of up to 250 coins per minute
Cons
  • May not have a long lifespan, leading to additional costs for replacement

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not good for heavy usage

The coins get stuck often so you will need to reset often. Also it does not count $1 coins. I would have gotten a different coin sorter as I use this for an office so it gets a lot of use.

Pros
  • Quick and easy to use
Cons
  • Loud and disruptive noise level during operation

A Reliable Beast! good for me

I ordered this coin sorter to help count donations from a penny-wars campaign we did in the local schools: we raised over $2400, mostly in coins--and counting by hand was taking FOREVER! Each classroom's coin jar was taking an hour to count! This counter is not lightning fast--but it tripled the counting speed--it went through three jars each hour on average. We used it for 3-4 hours at a time--pausing for a few minutes between each jar--but it ran like clockwork and almost never jammed. we…

Pros
  • Perfect Tims saver
Cons
  • Requires use of plastic coin tubes, creating additional waste

easy to use = happy

purchased this for my retail store, very easy to use, plug in and play.the only drawbck is the Dollar coin would get stuck if you don't filter out firsteverything else is working great

Pros
  • I've tried it few times and it works fine
Cons
  • Not suitable for international currencies

Very happy. for my opinion

Worked exceptionally well. Separated $1400 worth of silver in less than 4 hours. The system stops each time one of the collection chambers achieves the number of coins necessary to accurately load a roll sleeve. This saves a lot of time counting and recounting while rolling. No stalls, no jams and no errors in $1400. Quite good.

Pros
  • Very accurate. Holds a lot of coins. Reasonably fast.
Cons
  • The system developed a problems and the support sucks.

Good product for price.

I was skeptical given the price but this machine is perfect for counting quarters for a small laundromat.I checked it manually and it was spot on each time. The batch function is great because it stops at the amount that is held in each coin bag, which you can set yourself.

Pros
  • ‎1
Cons
  • Risk of electric shock when in use

Great machine in my review

This was exactly what I needed. I am an ASB co-advisor and I am responsible for counting club funds. Students always bring coins to purchase and this machine allowed me to quickly count coin accurately. Saved me numerous hours of counting. Careful with half dollars and dollar coins these you will need to count separately.

Pros
  • Sturdy and durable construction ensures a long operating life, minimizing the need for maintenance and repair
Cons
  • May not be suitable for outdoor use due to sensitivity to weather conditions

Too big for the bedroom dresser.

It was too large for my husbands dresser. May be good for a business application, but not so much for a place to toss the daily loose change.

Pros
  • Would recommend to anybody else looking for the same thing
Cons
  • coins can get stuck if they go in at an angle

Works well good for me

Works well doesn’t jam ran several $1000’s in change with no jam or overheating. No the quickest counter I have seen but effective

Pros
  • Money Handling Products
Cons
  • May not properly sort mixed denominations with similar sizes and shapes

well built for my opinion

I bought this machine to count my personal savings of change i had bought some $10.00 to $30.00 counters only to find out they were really inaccurate. After I received this unit I realized it is much more than what I would use at home. The pictures make it seem like cheap plastic or not solid. I am completely impressed with it that I now keep it at my retail job where we all use it. It has not ever jammed or miscounted. It has a nice big display and easy to control buttons. The whole machine is

Pros
  • Designed for 110 VAC, providing a convenient and reliable power source for seamless operation
Cons
  • Not designed for use with foreign currency that may require additional sensor arrays or software upgrades

All it is good for now is sorting coins

After 6-7 months the coin counts and totals just increase rapidly and end up just ebing random numbers that don't match the coins. The penny count will just take off as soon as the machine is started. All it is good for now is sorting coins, not counting/totaling them.

Pros
  • High-speed electronic sorting mechanism accurately differentiates between different denominations, ensuring precision
Cons
  • May not accept certain types of coins with magnetic or exotic materials

Time Saver! - my new review

This coin counter definitely is a good investment if you deal with coins often. I bought this for my small business and have been using it every night to sort the tip jar. I no longer have to count each coin by hand which saves me a lot of time each night. The coin counter is accurate, quick and quiet. I like how you're able to choose different batches for each coin and once it reaches the amount the counter will stop until you empty the slot. So far its been running smoothly and no problem…

Pros
  • Forms, Recordkeeping & Money Handling
Cons
  • Cannot count foreign coins that may be larger or smaller than US coins

excellent, so far on my review.

this coin sorter has proved to be excellent. i don't know about its internal construction, so i don't know about longevity. i count $500 in quarters at a time.

Pros
  • ‎8.6 pounds
Cons
  • Design may not suit some aesthetic tastes
