Honestly the small isn't even all that bad. I read reviews about it being strong but it's bearable. I mainly use it for my feet and my armpits. So I bought this to wear under a dressy jumpsuit for a special event. It smoothed out my thighs/legs quite nicely, but the waist rolled down to my natural waist line.
