Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service
Bought 4-5 of Cassida Bill checker for our retail stores, and at the beginning it worked great, but after a year, almost all of them broke down, I'm really disappointed. I contacted customer service and it seems they don't stand by their product, they give you awkward answers and tells you to clean 3 times a day the machines etc, as if we have free time to occupy ourselves on that. I'm looking for a replacement, not buying anymore Cassida, waste of money.
- Combines infrared currency counterfeit detection with easy UV validation of ID cards, passports, credit cards and more!
- Can only detect counterfeit bills but not the source of the counterfeiting
