Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service

Bought 4-5 of Cassida Bill checker for our retail stores, and at the beginning it worked great, but after a year, almost all of them broke down, I'm really disappointed. I contacted customer service and it seems they don't stand by their product, they give you awkward answers and tells you to clean 3 times a day the machines etc, as if we have free time to occupy ourselves on that. I'm looking for a replacement, not buying anymore Cassida, waste of money.

Combines infrared currency counterfeit detection with easy UV validation of ID cards, passports, credit cards and more!

Cons

Can only detect counterfeit bills but not the source of the counterfeiting
