Do not buy this article! It looks beautiful and when it was first installed in my new bathroom I was so happy but then I used it and was very disappointed. It requires significantly more hot water than my old shower head, so I'm now losing hot water after 10 minutes. In addition, the metal coil around the bag part stretches very quickly. Then last night I cleaned the shower with bubblers and all the writing on the sign around the shower handle was gone. I have made several attempts to contact the company but the only way to contact them is via email on Amazon and they clearly do not speak English as the responses I received were not at all related to the ones I had asked questions were received. I even called Amazon customer service and they couldn't contact the company. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this system for at least a while as I won't be ripping out my $13,000 bathroom, but I hope this helps other people who aren't in the same situation.
