I've been looking for a thin dark brown water soluble eyeliner for two years and this one from Maybelline is perfect! Since L'Oreal stopped making the pen I've been using for ten years, I've been wasting money and time buying the wrong inserts. I'm so glad I found this. It's easy to use and lasts all day. The pipe stays moist on the outside and does not dry out for a month. It's a nice dark color, not pitch black and harsh. And the price is quite reasonable.
