The children sat in the water and stayed dry. Easy to put on and take off over shoes. Ordered 4T for my twins, 34 and 37 pounds. They hold up well even on skinny children. Much easier than those full body raincoats.
- I'm 5ft 4", 140lbs and wear size 4 jeans. I can wear XL pants over jeans. A great way to save some money.
