This product is completely inaccurate, depending on how close you are to the device it actually changes the moisture reading. Even after 30 days there are no refunds at all. Obviously the manufacturers know that it is a useless item and don't support it.

My mistake was I was looking for an indoor/outdoor thermometer and it popped up and I accidentally bought it. It's up to me One star qualifies for a NO REFUND policy for any reason? I changed my rating because after complaining about no return, the seller gave me a full refund and told me to just keep the item.

Bought to monitor conditions at work, received today, set up and placed on my desk at home, works great. The air conditioning is set to 70, the thermometer reads 70.3. Home weather station shows 57%, this block shows 57. Went outside and after 15 seconds went to 88F 68% expensive weather station is the same, accurate and inexpensive.

If you need a compact display for measuring room temperature and humidity, look no further. It comes with batteries that allow the device to work immediately after installation without additional configuration. The display is easy to read and the readings appear to be accurate. At this price you can't go wrong!

I bought three of these (same seller, made by Revain) for different parts of my house. Temperatures are correct but as you can see one of them has 5% higher humidity. That's too broad a range to trust. you had a job EDIT: Come on, this item is non-refundable. This is nonsense - it obviously didn't work immediately after opening. It must be illegal.

What have I learned? Few things. A. You cannot trust your thermostat's relative humidity readings. Using a TP 35 hygrometer, I found that the thermostat reading for relative humidity was 6 points high. God that's a lot, but knowledge is power and I've made adjustments based on the accuracy of the TP35. B. Cottages in the mountains of North Carolina are very humid. I set up a webcam, looked at the TP35 readings and found that the humidity was much higher than expected. Now I have a dehumidifier…

Pros: I have ordered two of these ThermPro TP53's. They look great, are the perfect size for what I wanted and the numbers are easy to read. They can be hung on the wall or placed on a tabletop with the built-in stand, or even attached to the fridge with the built-in magnet on the back.
