So this is a really great product backed by really good customer support. The directions are easy to understand. There are two sensors in the kit and one of them was not working. So I wrote a letter to the company. I emailed them again to let them know I really don't need the sensor and the product is so cheap I didn't want to return it for a partial refund and everything was fine. Well they answered me right away and said we would send you a new one anyway. That way, you have a backup when you need it. I think it's great! They are really responsive and do everything to make you happy with the product. The product itself works very well. Don't mess with those more expensive repeaters. They're not worth it. I really liked it because I didn't have to draw lines through the walls. It's completely wireless. The signals are excellent, there is no waiting time. You point the remote at the sensor and very easily change the channel etc. I'm a 55 year old female and I do technical stuff but this was easy!
