Review on Castlight by Christian Barnes

It's easy enough that my colleagues can easily use it, but advanced tools are also available so I have some peace of mind knowing they're using something secure! There really isn't anything about this tool yet - everything is intuitive which makes life easier because there aren’t many steps involved in setting up an account or making things visible (at least not more than with other platforms).

Honestly though – we don; t need any new features at all here since our users already love their self-service portal as much us do :) The ease by design approach has resulted from years worths work developing solutions like Self Service Portal where patients themselves manage access rather having staff set patient data permissions every time someone needs them through GP visits etc..
