I have never used a teeth whitening system (except whitening toothpaste which never helped me). I used this lamp with whitening strips from the same brand (with the lamp on for 60 minutes x 14 days). My teeth were whitened by 3-4 shades! I've experienced quite a bit of sensitivity. only barely perceptible. I was worried this might happen because I've read of others who have experienced it, but it's minor enough that I'm excited. I will definitely be buying more strips in the future and will continue to use this light. Love it!
