I like that it is so easy to use, you literally just upload your files onto their system and then from there they will manage the rest for you.

Also, everything has been very user friendly since we started using them. We haven't had any issues with this program but if you do have questions or need help feel free to contact us at anytime. Once again, no problems here! The benefits are having ease in managing our records because most of what we used to have to fill out by hand can now be entered into computer systems such as KIQ cloud.
