I bought this to connect my DSLR to a 5 inch gimbal monitor. This cable just isn't up to the job. It is NOT lighter than the previous cable I used (which was stiff and felt like it was putting strain on my camera). does not stretch easily. It just couldn't reach my monitor away from the camera (without me having to stretch) so it was pulling the right side of my camera down and I had to rebalance the gimbal to compensate with some success. . I'm using MOST 3/4 gimbal payload (including cable) so it's not a stabilizer. Because of this, it blocks my camera's micro USB port (meaning I can't use the gimbal to change camera settings). So basically using this cable means I have to make a choice between just controlling the camera or using a bigger monitor. Not perfect. I come back. And to be honest, I didn't find a suitable option on Amazon and bought a HYPER ultra-thin cable from BH. ($18.99 + shipping). (Equipment if this info is helpful: Canon 90d, Zhiyun Weebill S)
