This is false advertising.
Don't waste your time and money on this part. It specifically states that this is a splined version of the wiper arm. You lied. The GM part number refers to the splined wiper arm. I have a wiper arm without teeth or with a smooth shaft. This will not work for GMC 02-06 Envoys as the motor shaft is not tapered and the splines actuate the wiper arm. This list contains reviews of this issue from many years ago. Right now, that's false advertising and just plain laziness.
