Easy to use. Slightly sore scalp
It takes a little time to learn how to use them, but after a few of them it all turned out to be quite easy. They work great, but getting them too close to your scalp can cause a bit of a headache if you're not used to your hair being pulled back taut. I actually slept in mine, which was pretty uncomfortable too. It may be best if you apply it when your hair is slightly damp and then leave it on for an hour or two. Maybe buy a hair dryer. I would not recommend sleeping in it.
