We bought these tablets for my 4 year old for Christmas. I charged it up, downloaded a few apps and turned off the screen. I picked it up a day or two later and it was completely dead. I went to recharge it and it kept turning off and on by itself indefinitely. Even after charging it kept restarting. I didn't manage to turn it back on. I exchanged it for another. My son had a new one within 48 hours before the screen broke. He didn't even drop it. He just pulled the tablet to take it away from me for a split second and the whole screen shattered. There was no protective film in the kit as many reviews state. The tablet's touchscreen has stopped working due to cracks. This tablet is very cheaply made. I've never had a device break or die as easily as the first one. We will invest in a better product.
