A real body pillow!
My body pillow works for me, it's fluffy/full and doesn't flatten out, just what I needed. I suffer from osteoarthritis and osteochondrosis, so I have to constantly change my posture to feel comfortable. I have previously ordered a different brand body pillow but it was too thin and flat for me so I returned it and bought my own pillow. The bed is king so you can get an idea of the length.
