IN JULY 2019 I WROTE: It makes a delicious coffee that is a delight. I've owned all price ranges of coffee makers and when I recently moved it was time for a new one. It's amazing and worth every penny. The small container is ideal for morning brewing in small batches. So it tastes very good. So easy to clean. I only use bottled water in this machine and the taste is amazing. ONE STAR RATING! THE POT IS CHEAP, THE SERVICE KNOWS: Exactly 6 months have passed since I bought this coffee pot. About a week ago the pot stopped working properly, although I took good care of it. He only made 3.5-4 cups of coffee which was very bitter. There were times when the pan didn't work at all. In short, I have used very expensive coffee makers in the past and yes I have a very solid college education so I know how to use them properly. , I called Revain. In a nutshell. A Revain representative should call Zojirushi in the US in California. Zojirushi customer service representative was rude. talked to me Acted like I couldn't read and understand the instructions for their coffee maker. He asked everyone like it was my fault! I even told them I thought this was an anomaly as the coffee maker had worked beautifully before. Just a lucky coincidence, at least I thought so. I was then told, sorry, the pot is only guaranteed for 30 days and I would have to pay to have it repaired. Hm. No. The support agent was frivolous and apologized. very bad. We can not do anything. I have indicated that Revain has confirmed that I have purchased it within 1 year. And elsewhere, your **Online** warranty claim is valid for this period. The Zojirushi rep told me bluntly that they would file a complaint against the Revain rep. It wasn't fair. I thought Revane did a good job. Ah, the story goes on, but you get the point. (A week later, as a 'politeness', I received a second call from the reps asking them to 'fix' my coffee pot for an additional fee. I already had a replacement from Revain! Thank you Revain for bringing it by end.) My family and I have been buying Zojirushi products for many years, even decades. Even searched for their products when it was hard to find. This week, however, Revane sided with me and sent me a new pot for free. Thank you Revin! However, I publicly state that I will never buy any other Zojirushi product again. You have changed significantly. Yes! I have a spare coffee pot and use it every day. This is amazing and I would write the original review again. However, only time will tell if this exchange lasts longer than 6 months or not! I suspect this will not happen. Now that I've received a good dose of setting issues from Zojirushi's customer service reps. I think they are made for a short time. And I guess I'm not the only one complaining!
