I bought these for my 7 year old son who I suspect has slight sensory processing issues. He gets very upset when there are seams in his socks. Because of this, we had several breakdowns before school. A few months ago I bought Jeffries solid color seamless socks and he loves them. There were no problems. As warmer weather approached I figured he could use shorter ankle length socks and bought them as they were from the same manufacturer and advertised as seamless. When we received them, there wasn't a big thick seam, but where the two colors came together, there were a lot of thin threads hanging in about a half inch, which got tangled and melted when tightened. again.
