I love that you can set up different templates so you can customize your site the way you want it. The layout options are limited in some areas (e.g., no ability to change font sizes). Also, sometimes when you're trying to publish something from another app or service, you need to log into purple first before being able to do anything else. That takes time and then you don't know if things will be published correctly until after you've clicked "publish." It's easy to use once you get used to how everything works. If you'd rather not spend lots of time building out your website, this may be an option. We needed someone who could build our WordPress-based website quickly while we were still working through the design process. We also wanted someone who was familiar with SEO best practices, as well as social media marketing. Purple did both!
