Bought for "neon" holiday wear for school. The colors are bright and wonderful. Two problems: First, it was too small, so small that my daughter found it uncomfortable to wear it all day, although she liked the colors. Second, the tulle-like fabric is attached to the belt, but the different colors are just loose, like flags on a soccer belt. This resulted in the fabric not covering my daughter's butt because it was ripped and pulled apart on both sides. Just weird.
