I was glad to get a new pair as I've always bought 9west and worn my current pair to the floor. When they arrived I was very disappointed to see that they had a 6 inch heel. That is extremely high and quite frankly dangerous. And now I see in the reviews that the heels are breaking and I'm basically afraid to wear them. I wish I could return them but I tried so hard to like them and started the hacking process so now I can't. I ended up ordering the correct heel size after searching the heel height comments section. Should be more visible. Especially such an important detail.
