Smells very good. Feels so smooth

Smells good I've used it 3 times and it has a rash under my neck and a little bit on my chest I don't know where because I've only used it 3 times but it smells so good and it stays hydrated for about 30 minutes after which it looks and feels dry again. It is not worth. Maybe $4 each, I know it's shea moisture and all, but it's way overpriced. I like the smell, maybe I need something else to keep his skin hydrated, the moisture doesn't seem to last long.
